*Removing A Good Coax Seal*

Ok, the other article showed how to make a seal, now this is how to get it off.

Use a SHARP, I can't stress SHARP enough razor knife. Cut across the connector chassis and be very very careful when approaching the end of the metal that you don't sink the blade in to the coax.


You can see that the connector is starting to show.

Begin peeling it open like so, you can carefully use the knife blade to help separate the courtesy layer from the connector and coax jacket.

It's now junk, you can't reuse it.
