Just think of this: a large part of our military is under 21... If these anti-gun laws all pass, they will become an un-armed military! Cannon-fodder and 'baby-sitters' only. All the advice you have been given on the board is excellent.

Take it to heart and use everything you glean from all of your reading to remind other young adults mess. And you're right. Years ago there were bumper-stickers that read 'When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns.' It's as true today as it was then.

Those idiots groveling at the shrine of the 'sheeple,' just want to get re-elected and are dealing in generalities. So - you get specific!

When you are of age, vote every time you have the opportunity, it is your responsibility as a citizen  of this once great republic. Resist the overwhelming power of marketing and manipulation that says you deserve it all, and you deserve it right now, 'all you have to do is charge it'. You have to earn everything, or it will all be hollow, I know.

Survivalism is a lifestyle, and having found this board you are well on your way. While you live at home, respect your parents, you never know when they will be gone. Read constantly. Learn  constantly.

Too bad all the 18 to 21 year olds in this country aren't more interested in registering and voting,  they could most definitely put fear into politicians with their votes.

Those who feel they are above law and justice (it's for the "sheeple") fought to have the age of 18  made the legal age for almost everything, particularly voting, mainly so they could take advantage of the youth come election time.

Like the young naturalized American from Russia said, "I have power.. I vote. And I will fire you!"

And that's it in a nutshell. You can fire those servants who are acting like masters.

"WE CAN REALLY dig into these cases and do the leg work. What is more important than a  murder for a police department? So let's give it that extra time," said Detective Dan Triple.

Because of America's declining murder rate, at least 20 cities have been able to form cold case   squads. Nationwide homicides are down 30 percent this decade. In Dallas, the drop is more than 50 percent and the new focus on cold cases has brought results.

Rep. Mark Foley, R-Fla., a conservative, warned that any censorship to protect teen's tender sensibilities could prevent minors from reading or seeing a variety of material. "On first blush, no  one's for violence. No one's for obscenity. It's motherhood and apple pie," Foley said, but added, "Some of the very people who advocate the Second Amendment have a bigger eraser for the First."
