The top reason for many survivalist's preparations are to protect their children. Perhaps you do not have children of your own, but some of your team members do. Can you deal with a child that has gone thru a TSHTF event? Will you be able to deal with their fears and questions? Are you sure that the way that you deal with an adult's stress is the same way that you deal with a child's? Do you have jobs for them to help out with? How do you keep them feeling like they are an inportant part of the team? How do you train a child survival skills? It has been said many times that the children are our future. Why not teach and train them to be prepared for the future. And while we are at it show them how to take back the freedoms that generations before them were willing to give away.
