*Tandoor Oven – Cooking*

Time to cook some Tandoori Chicken... but first we need to make the marinade.
Mix all ingredients into the plain yogurt, coat boneless chicken thighs in marinade, and let sit in covered in refrigerator for at least 6 hours up to 24 hours preferably.
Skewered and waiting to go into the Tandoor oven.
A bit cramped, but they all fit. The temp did drop more than I would have liked. The idea is to cook at a temp of around 90oF.
Out of the oven, after about 30 minutes and resting for a couple of minutes.
