This is one of the Largest Online/mail order Camping and Hiking stores going, but they always give you individual attention. If it's Camping/Hiking/Outdoor related, they probably have it, and probably at a better price than most anywhere else.
We've ordered a LOT of backpacking equipment from Campmor (Packs, Sleeping bags, etc) and intend to order a lot more... NEVER had the slightest problem. If you contact them with an inquiry, the service folks are prompt and courteous.
